As some of you know I have gained weight due to medications that I was on for my Fibromyalgia. I am almost 100 pounds heavier then I was about five years ago, at my lightest. As you know I have been with It Works for a year. I have tried the products but have not been consistent especially since I did not have a gym membership. And with the passing of my Grams its been hard…So now with our conference about five months away. And I’m attending it alone I wanna look my best. Plus for health reasons I want to feel better. My Goals are to lose at least 50lbs by conference. You may wonder how I plan to do it.
At least 3 times a week. If I go out or have a cheat day I will workout 5 times a week the following week.
30 minutes on the ARC trainer then weights then 30 minutes on the treadmill. Goal is 500 Calories burned.

As everyone knows I am on a diet. I have not used much protein powder so far. But now that its getting too hot to eat heavy meals, I have to find a lighter meal or snack. I recently purchased a new Nutri-Ninja blender so making smoothies are a must. But why should I make something unhealthy? A couple of ice cubes and a few strawberries to my protein shake is an easy breakfast. Slimquick Pure Protein can be consumed just with water. I did try it the way it that way. It was good. When compared to other brands I have tried its equal as far as taste. I prefer making my Protein with Low fat milk or Almond milk. When I made Slimquick with milk I loved the taste and in my smoothie even better. YUM!

As you all know I am dieting. So far this month I am down 10lbs. I explain all that in an earlier blog. Since I am losing weight I loved the idea of doing this review. I keep saying I’m going to buy a waist trainer and have not so I knew this would be fun. Let me explain this is not a waist trainer like the corsets I have seen but still “sucks you in” lol.

So how did I like it? I would say it gets a B+. I did like that it fit even though I am a plus size. Not everything I find does. The trimmer does suck in your fat but it is not structured so in the back it would be shaped a bit odd. Over all you do sweat more when its on. As far as losing weight faster I am not sure. But I do like using it. I have better posture I work out in better form. I may even try to use it over my Skinny Wrap this weekend.
As of the 11th day in my 30 day challenge I am down eight pounds.What I am doing is trying to reduce calories so that I lose two pounds a week. I have almost doubled that. The It Works! products I am using are the greens, the Thermofit, and the fat fighters. I am also wrapping myself once a week. My stomach is a lot tighter. I am now trying to start adding in workouts, even with the pain. I have noticed an over all improvement in how I feel since taking the Triple Threat. And I highly recommend it!

As you all know I am dieting. So I need to find healthy ways to eat old favorites. I resurrected an oldie but a goodie. This is almost like a guacamole with chicken. It is a healthier alternative to Chicken salad. It has less mayo and avocado for a healthy fat.
2 cups shredded chicken
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp fresh cilantro
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup plain Greek Yogurt
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20-30 minutes to let all those yummy flavors blend together.
Serve on bread, flat bread, pita chips or any other way you like your chicken salad.
As you may have seen on my social media sites, or this blog. I have become an It Works! distributor. The reason I did decide to do it is. When I lost weight on Oxy Elite Pro (original formula,Now illegal in the US) I had quite a few people buy it because of my results. So this time I plan to sell “my diet secret”. I will even share some before and after pictures after the 30 day mark. But I will fill you in on progress as I go.
I am using three It Works! products during the month of June. It is what we call the Triple Threat. I am using The It Works! Greens, Thermofit, and Fat Fighters. I have not yet decided when I plan to start wraps yet. I have over 80lbs to lose ultimately. If I had less then 40lbs Id start using the wraps. Right now my goal is to lose 10lbs for the month of June. I am hoping for 15lbs. Haha! As far as my eating I plan to eat about 1250-1550 calories a day. I will be walking with my Bestie about 3 days a week. Thats about 5miles a day. And on the other days I will take an hour long walk and do mild strength training.
